Great day

Great day yesterday at BottleMixx for the Wicked Weed tap takeover.  A few of our chocolates had the same ingredients as two of their beers and so were a big hit among both chocolate and beer lovers.

 This chocolate had dates and fresh blackberries and wine added to the ganache.

While our other truffle had tamarind and orange ganache.  

Both chocolates went remarkably well with the beers…….  a very enjoyable pairing.

Our next venue will be at Midtown Farmers Market on Sept 6.
