Oh boy, yes indeed........ we got another award. At the International Chocolate Salon, we got a Bronze in the Top Truffle Artistry competition for our Tamarind Rainforest - Tamarind ganache with cashews and candied ginger.
We also got a Bronze for best packaging. What a great year for GerDan Chocolates.
Well Fall is upon us and we have some fall flavors to sell.
Apple Cider caramels. Made with delicious unfiltered Honey Crisp Apple juice. Simple ingredients like sugar, butter, cane syrup, heavy cream, sea salt and honey crisp apple juice. No preservatives and no artificial flavors or colors. Seasonal item so once they are gone........ they are gone.
