We get asked this a lot, "What is a Brigadeiro ?" It is a Brazilian truffle made with condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Sounds simple, yes? But is it oh soooooo good.
Our most popular flavor is Pistachio. The Brigadeiro is soft and creamy and silky on the inside and then you have the crunch from the chopped up pistachios on the outside…. delicious.
How can something so simple be so good? I don't know but they are.
