Saturday is Tomato Day
This Saturday is Tomato Day at Midtown Farmers Market and to join in the celebration of that wonderful fruit, we have decided to make a Tomato Ice Cream. Yes you read that correctly, a Tomato Ice cream.
Made with heavy cream and small cherry tomatoes, it is creamy and smooth and not too sweet. We will have a few push ups for sale Saturday.

I had this ice cream for breakfast and enjoyed it very much ... a delicious, fruity breakfast.
