Back in production again and just delivered to…….

Since our Brew Chews gained a lot of attention at the end of last year, needless to say folks are asking for them now in the New Year.

Here is our selection of Brew Chews this week:-

Delivered this afternoon to Sam's Quik Shop and soon to Wine101.

As this is a Seasonal beer we made a batch while we could.

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, heavy cream, butter (heavy cream),  rice syrup, Corsendonk, salt.

Nice buttery flavored  caramel with a subtle taste of Corsendonk.

One of the beers we brought back with us from our trip to San Diego.

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, heavy cream, butter (heavy cream), cane syrup, malt syrup, beer, chocolate, salt.

Nice deep malty caramel with a chocolate finish.

Another beer from the West coast, these brew chews have the subtle taste of maple with a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, heavy cream, butter (heavy cream) cane syrup, maple syrup, beer, salt

Each Brew Chew is approx 3/8 ounce to half an ounce approximately.

We had a great time visiting family and friends over the holidays.  Enjoyed a lot of west coast beers and  made some Brew Chews for the family to enjoy.

Drank Rum that some breweries are now distilling.  Got a private tour of AleSmith Brewery which was a lot of fun and enjoyed sampling their beers in their tasting room.  It was a great holiday.

Now we're back in NC……. have to get back into the swing of things and start thinking about the next holiday coming up which is Valentines Day.  Oh well, no rest for the wicked.
