Gingerbread Caramels

We are so proud that our Gingerbread Caramel is a finalist for a Good Food Award in January.  

These delicious caramels are seasonal and will be available next month in time for the Christmas Holidays.  We make them in small batches and so there will be limited quantities of these gems.
Fresh Ginger, molasses, cinnamon and local cream/butter…. like biting into a fresh slice of gingerbread.

Dia de los Muertos

Come join us Saturday Oct 29 at Neuse River Brewing for their Dia de Los Meurtos celebrations.  We'll be participating in their Pershing Street Market which starts at 2:00pm.

So Hot

We are still here, just taking a break from chocolate making in this HOT weather.  We should be back in production in September with a few events and hopefully back in full swing in October.  So stay tuned, we'll keep you posted.
